Four months after the Google Maps team announced planned experimentation by introducing prices into hotel listings over the map, users can now see it for themselves, for some locations such as Las Vegas:

When users search for hotels in a particular location such as Las Vegas, the search results frame on the left is augmented with a check-in date field, allowing users to compare prices and booking engines for each hotel by using the dropdown menu.

Google says the new feature won’t change how properties are ranked on Google Maps. Currently, this feature is only available for users based in the USA.
